Only three days in and, already, the Drawing and Painting class has excelled in a number of mediums. They have explored street art, by printing from found objects. They have drawn multiple iterations of a still life, with drawing times ranging from 5 seconds to 15 minutes to explore how we choose to focus on subject matter and how to construct a drawing. They have explored the human form with a life drawing seminar, and they are currently finishing up linoleum blocks to pare down to black and white, solid and void.
